Winter Tarragon

Actually a perennial that grows all year round, and as such is available to flavour dishes in winter when French Tarragon is dormant. Its pretty yellow flowers make it an attractive shrub. Also known as Perennial Tarragon or Mexican Marigold.

Basil

Basils are back for summer. Plant them with your tomato seedlings for mutual benefit. Use in tomato dishes, pizzas and spaghetti. A summer annual, basil grows to 60cm in full sun.
