
Australian herbs have become increasingly recognized for their unique flavours and medicinal qualities. Indigenous chef, Mark Olive (alias The Black Olive), and reknown Australian chef, Maggie Beer, regularly proclaim the delights of Australian herbs in the preparation of their cuisine.
Cottage Herbs has a small but developing range of Australian herbs. These include some of the more popular Australian herbs, Lemon Myrtle and Sea Parsley as well as less known plants - Midyim berry, Blue Ginger and Muntries.
